All characters, trade names, fictitious marks and the general bullet list of intellectual properties appearing on this site are owned by their respective owners. Sometimes that’s Marvel or DC or someone else. Sometimes it’s even the creators and contributors of this site.
Everything here is intended as an exercise in fair use. Sometimes these marks, words and likenesses are used for satire, sometimes for criticism and commentary. At one point, they will be used for world domination, but good luck enforcing your rights in THAT brave new world.
